What are Hip Labral Tears?
A hip labral tear involves damage to the cartilage ring (labrum) that lines the outer rim of the hip socket. It can result from trauma, repetitive movements, or structural abnormalities. Symptoms often include pain in the hip or groin, clicking or locking sensations, and stiffness. Treatment may involve physiotherapy, injections, or surgery.
